Death Warrants are being signed at an alarming pace in the State of Florida ! My name is Milo Rose, and I have been falsely imprisoned on Florida’s death row since July 1983 – Which is also alarming…
I have endured this injustice for over four decades, mainly due to my failure to reach the court of Public Opinion with the overwhelming evidence showing how the State of Florida has suppressed and oppressed the fact of me being denied a fair and impartial trial !

I hope this doesn’t find you as confused as me – I feel like a drowning man experiencing the same damn dream over and over as I yell for help on a crowded beach, full of professing lifeguards and no one is hearing me as I grasp for breath – HOW can so many people who profess to be opposed to capital punishment ignored the overwhelming evidence of my false conviction !?! I mean if capital punishment is wrong – why isn’t railroading someone and sending them to death row – worse ??? And keeping them there for well over four decades while blatantly ignoring the evidence pointing out the false conviction – So its not alright to execute someone, but you can torture an innocent man for decades, with the threat of death !?! While his plea’s for help go unanswered year after year – With the mind set of – at least the poor bastard is still alive …
I’ve been held silent far to long and when I come up with a way to have my voice heard – it too gets ignored by everyone professing to be opposed to capital punishment – will someone please explain that to me ? I’m going to post this on my blog and the website ‚ Life on Death Row ‚ as I continue to drown in a lake / ocean of apathy …
